All articles are, unless otherwise stated, in a good condition appropriate to their age. Minor marks and blemishes are not always stated, although reflected in the price. Orders are processed according to the date that the order is received. Since many titles are only single items in our catalogue, we recommend giving alternative order numbers where possible. Orders are processed within 14 days of receipt. Notification when articles have already been sold will be made automatically by e-mail; for all other types of order, for reasons of cost, only when requested.

Terms of Business:

The prices shown are in EUR, inclusive of VAT at 7 %. Any offers made are subject to confirmation; there is no obligation to deliever. Dispatch (postage, packaging and, in certain cases insurance) is at the customer's own expense. Postage costs are based on charges made by the Deutsche Post AG. Postage costs will be waived in respect of orders over EUR 50. There are no further discounts or concessions. Our invoices are due in full within 14 days of receipt. Delivery of goods is made with invoice; in certain circumstances, we may require payment in advance. Goods remain the property of Musik Antiquariat Faulhaber, in accordance with §455 of the German Civil Law (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch), until paid for in full.
